Yea, that was the first one I created. I'm still use it from time to time. ZenVortex and myself have been using text to speech and adding minimal sounds to the files. In the last 3 weeks I've had 5 lucids so they seem to be working. |

The first night I listened to it gave me the most vivid dream (Phoenalai's) but I'm still waiting for a lucid. |

What we're trying to do is create easy-to-use audio files that will produce LDs without a lot of hassle. Just play them and have a LD. The goal is to reprogram the subconscious mind using low volume audio files. Since the energy input to the sleeping brain is low (because of the low volume), it will probably take a while for the reprogramming to take place, perhaps several weeks or more. What would probably help is to verbally repeat the commands during the daytime in addition to playing the audio file at night. |
