Yea, that was the first one I created. I'm still use it from time to time. ZenVortex and myself have been using text to speech and adding minimal sounds to the files. In the last 3 weeks I've had 5 lucids so they seem to be working.

I have some on my page including the original LucidRemix

The first night I listened to it gave me the most vivid dream (Phoenalai's) but I'm still waiting for a lucid.

What we're trying to do is create easy-to-use audio files that will produce LDs without a lot of hassle. Just play them and have a LD. The goal is to reprogram the subconscious mind using low volume audio files. Since the energy input to the sleeping brain is low (because of the low volume), it will probably take a while for the reprogramming to take place, perhaps several weeks or more. What would probably help is to verbally repeat the commands during the daytime in addition to playing the audio file at night.

So far I've had 1 LD and Phoenelai has had 5. However, my life is very stressy at the present time and not conducive to dreamwork, so I'm not disappointed with the results -- especially since I'm having a lot of vivid, high energy dreams. I'm sure that if I was more focused on lucid dreaming, my output of LDs would be much better.

The primary goal is to identify the most effective commands and I think we're there or almost there. The other thing is to figure out how to use them and it seems that playing them at low volume after a few hours of sleep is best. It's easy, no getting up WBTB, just hit the switch on the CD player (or computer or MP3 player) and go back to sleep.
