1) Most of you already know this one. B6, like most , always works best after long periods of skipping it. In other words, the most success I have had with B6 was when I took it for my first time, and when I used it for the first time in weeks again. This was probably because my body built up a tolerance to it. I usually take 100mg or 200mg every night. Best results I get are when I don't take it every night.

2) The best dosage for me is 200mg of B6, with 1mg or 2mg of melatonin (don't know if the melatonin helps or not). In fact, the first time I took this dosage instead of my regular 100mg dose, I got my 3rd LD. I tried 300mg once, but it did absolutely nothing; made my whole night a blur actually.
