      Favorite Reality Check

      What is your favorite type of reality check? I personally prefer to test whether I'm in a dream by attempting to fly; it's safe, quick, and it gives me a jumpstart in exploration.

      Attempting to fly, or at least float, is one of my favorites. The other is attempting to breathe through my nose while pinching it shut.

      I pinch my arm. It's quick and so far has worked 100% of the time. In my dream, when I pinch my arm, my arm feels bloated and almost like I've been given a numbing needle on my arm. The pain is almost reduced to nothing.

      I usually look at my hands (in dreams I tend to have too many fingers) or find a newspaper or a book so I can read some text...
