      Juggling and Nightmare induced LD

When inducing a lucid dream, I go for the nightmare induced LD. In having a nightmare, I generally remember it because it is usually traumatizing/disturbing enough that its fairly hard to forget. Now, I like to watch scary movies and have a wild imagination, so I think of an outrageous monster/situation (monster because it is an easy dream sign) that is scary so I can remember it, but weird enough to recognize it. As soon as I do a reality check, I just dispose of the problem and do whatever. I would recommend this technique to people who have had nightmare trouble and have fixed it. There are problems with this though, from what I see: Forcing oneself into a nightmare isn't necessarily healthly, especially if one can't recognize its not real. Longterm use I think, might lead to slight paranoia; (and I don't mean serious clinical paranoia complete with hallucinations). I mean, it can lead to the user being fairly jumpy, like me. I always watch my back, because as a kid, I couldn't tell my nightmares from real life (with some night terrors thrown in). As a final word, this might be just for the desperate. Happy dreaming, and be careful in your dream world.

Also, if someone were to be a brave second person guinea pig for me, I would like to know how their experience was, so I could modify this technique or something.

Also, I juggle. Normally I would do this for meditation reasons, as it is quite relaxing. Not only does sleeping after doing a new trick help me in the future, because it is proven that the mind works things out from the day, like figuring out a throwing pattern (proven too), but methinks that having the mind working on a problem, such as math or motor skill problem, can help in lucidity. My theory is that being mentally active right before sleep will help lucidity, instead of letting the mind wander. I've tried focusing, and I've tried letting my cares float on a cloud away, but this is more effective. Any further thoughts on the subject?
