      Need help becomming lucid again

Hey all, so here is my issue and any suggestions would be great.

Last year was when I started to lucid dream somehwat regularly, I would write down my dreams or at least contemplate them for a while to help with my recall. In these lucid dreams I would realise I was dreaming and be able to control them for the most part and do what I "conciously" wanted.

Now, however, I can't realise i'm dreaming and change the dream like i did before. Now they are more or less regular dreams but I have much better control of the occuring circumstances and I remember a lot of these dreams, but I've lost the ability of recognition.

Should I just refocus my attention on dream signs? or try something else?

At this point I would wake yourself up in the middle of the night do a small task, take some b6 or eat a banana then go back to bed and focus on the images. Eventually you'll enter a dream based off the images you are seeing and should be lucid at entry.

      Cheers!
