altho at first i fell asleep for 6 hours
i then tried to get into a lucid dream (wild ? )
but people were up in my household and whenever i was close to achieving, i seemed to be snapped back to reality

im going to try it now in the dead of night, also going to try some chocolate, any tips that arent in that guide to give me ?

      Shine light into your eyes.

You have the opposite problem as me. I am always too wide awake after waking up to WILD.

When you are doing your WBTB, try drinking a Coke or eating a chocolate bar -- something with just a little bit of caffiene in it. This can help you to keep you mind awake while your body falls asleep.
