maybe your taking the thing to seriously? |

Last night (or actually earlier this morning, I should say), I was falling asleep like I normally would. Something happened (I have no clue what), and I was sort of jolted awake. It was actually more like I was suddenly thinking about nothing and looking at the blackness after I had been lost in thought and drifting off (which is the normal way for anyone to go to sleep). I was seeing a lot of simple hypnologic imagery. It was like colored lights flaming up and forming images I couldn't make out. About 3 or 4 seconds after being half-way jolted awake, I started to get a feeling like I was being shocked. It felt like my heart was starting to beat faster and faster. No vibrations. I wasn't afraid of it, because I knew what was happening. It lasted for a few seconds, went off, and came back on about 10 seconds later. Then it ended for good, and everything went black again. I had no hypnologic imagery or anything after that. I opened my eyes, got up, and did a reality check, but I wasn't dreaming. |

Since the one thing we can say about all fundamental matter is that it is vibrating, and since all vibrations are theoretically sound, then it is not unreasonable to suggest that the universe is music and should be perceived as such.

would an inverted WILD result in sleep walking? (your mind sleeps but your body doesnt)
lucid dreams: 3
succeslful WILDs: 1
failed WILDs: 1
Dreams remembered since keeping dream journal: 34
Nope. I wasn't really thinking about WILD at all. I hadn't thought of lucid dreaming all day period. It just happened, and it seems like I can't get this far when I'm actually trying to WILD... |

Yea. Probably so...but I wish it would happen a bit more frequently. |
