      Ahhh!!!! I can't do it....

      For the past two weeks i have tried to WILD.... The only HI that i see are blobs of blue and white and right after I see them I start to feel SP and like clockwork- i fall asleep right there. Any help????

      Have you ever had any LDs? Have you tried any other methods besides WILD? If not, I highly recommend you do so -- WILD is probably the most difficult method, and some people (like me) can't seem to do it at all.

      i had one LD unintentionally a while ago and the first thing that i tried is WILD maybe ill start to try MILD.
