Well, I've been going over the times I've became lucid, and found one thing: I went to bed when I was EXTREMELY tired, and went to sleep almost instantly.


1. Make sure you are really tired, do not even go to your room until you've done so much or stayed up so long, you can barely keep your eyes open. (It is best to study about lucid dreams while you are doing this.)

2 .Go to bed

3. Before you go to sleep, just think to yourself, "I will do (insert here) tonight in my dreams. (Probaly lucid dream)

4. If you fall asleep almost instantly, then it should work.


*note, You probaly want pretty good dream recall for this*
