When you start seeing HI, you are deep enough to stop doing the reverse blinking and follow through with the HI and then eventually into a dream. Once you're in that mind awake/body asleep mode you are free to stop the technique. Sometimes your body might not be asleep but you're still getting HI and such, then that's okay, you might want to interrupt the REM a little more just to get even deeper into a trance, I think that's how this technique works. The interruption. Then stop and just continue with the technique without the blinking. |
