This is a really nice technique. I've never been this close to a successful wild before.
I got the numb feeling in my body and when I tried this last night I got something that felt like needles pinching all over my legs. I also got to the part where HI came and went (I never get very clear HI).
I'll try this in combination with my absence of sound idea.

Great! Glad my technique worked out for you, and tell us how it goes with your combination of absence of sound and reverse blinking - that should be interesting... (also that coming and going of HI may be something else...)

      Now here is Nowhere

I woke up this morning and got into bed. Went up to the roof and swam down the chimney to the mall. They had a special on meat so I poured some into a glass and watered the milkman. Then I drew myself home and found the fish had ate the cat the cat had ate the dog and the dog had been eaten by the mailman. Then I got out of bed and went back to sleep.

The technique is awesome, if someone is having trouble relaxing I'm going to recommend this.
I will let you know how this turns out
