Hi everyone! I just wanted help with attempting WBTB. I have my wristwatch (which I wear all the time) alarms set to 2:59 and 3:00, it has two alarm settings. I eat and drink quite alot before going to bed. The problem is, none of these work! Can anyone give me tips as to how to wake up? Thanks in adavance.

PS: I am young so I can't take any drugs like B6, just tell me some foods that help. Thanks again.
