      What should I try now?

I have tried wilds, milds and I have looked for dreams signs but none of them see to work all that well. I get some random success but none of them work regularly and I don't seem to be getting any better. Not sure what else there is to try.

I would just suggest you try practicing these methods as much as possible, they are bound to give you good results sooner or later...
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

OK, for the next week, I want you to go to bed and tell yourself,
"I will enjoy a nice night of rest"
"I will not even try to be lucid"

Just relax and take some time off.

Sometimes stress will be a killer. I know you will do great things!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I kind of been doing that anyway, since none of it seems to be working that often I got kind of lazy. Even stopped writing a lot of my dreams in my dream journal. Except for the fun ones.

Have you tried caffein or such? I have also known that to work, and help you maintain a conscious state with more ease....

No I havn't tried that. I am not sure it would be a good idea either. Some times it takes me awhile to fall asleep and I don't want to be up all night.

Have you tried melatonin? That one is supposed to make your dreams more vivid, which in many cases helps you become lucid...

Yea I agree with Seeker, take a break from LD for a while. It helps. As for the dream journal, when you become serious again, start recording all of your dreams. I truely think that it is an integral part of LDing.

Only visit the non-LD parts of the forum for a week or maybe take a break all together. Good luck.

Does that help you any if you stop taking it? Because I really dont want to keep taking it to try and get lucid dreams.

I wouldn't suggest any drugs to induce Lucid Dreaming. Its just not that serious to me.. Think about it if people can capture this ability without the help of drugs then you really don't need them. Seekers Advise is the strongest here. Taking a break would be worth your while. Try it out.

Hmm taking a break really works! I went to sleep I didn't go to sleep feeling any different except I didn't expect anything at all. About 4-5 hours into sleep, I have a lucid dream.

Hmm I had another LD again today! Two in same day, now that is good. Its like you mind knows you getting tired of this stuff and you want results so it gives you them. Last time I said I might quit WILDS on here, soon after I had a WILD and it worked.

      Wow, you are lucky...

Worrying too much about having LD's is known to work against you. Stress is never any good....

Nice, congrats on the LDs. Stress sometimes is a deterrent against controlling the subconscious.

LOL, I'm caught in a loop. If I try too hard, I get a dry spell, with even normal dream recall becoming really bad. If I dont try, I get about 1 Ld every 3-4 days, but it's spontaneous...

I want to have LD's at will...

Well since I woke up in middle of second ld because of the phone I really wanted another ld so I could finish talking to the guy but then last night it took me like 2 hours to fall asleep and I remebered very little if any of my dreams last night.
