...I woke up around 5 AM, feeling EXTREMELY tired. I was awake enough to want to lucid dream, so I just layed there and tried to WILD. Immedietly, I fell very deep into hypnogagic imagery. I could feel the bed moving and shaking and sliding under me, though I knew it was all just an illusion. Then, just as quickly, I snapped back awake. Again, I tried to fall asleep, and again, as I felt my body vibrate, I woke up. I tried it several more times, and ended up staying awake for about an hour.

Could anyone give me some tips to help me focus and prevent me from snapping back awake like I did?
