Hi, |

I don't have ADD/ADHD, but I have seen other people with ADD/ADHD complaining that they have major trouble getting Lucid, and that no matter how they try they barely get Lucid, but I don't know if it's medication related or not (I don't remember if they did or did not take medication, but I from what I hear ADD/ADHD affects LDing negatively. That being said, I wouldn't give up hope, as it is still possible to get Lucid, and even if you don't get lucid often it is definitely worth it. |

oh my god, most deffenatly worth it. I wrote my first lucid moment in my dream journal and it was short, but very well worth the effort i put into it for the past few months. I am off my medication, and have been for 7-8 years, and i still have trouble. WILDing seems to be an unattainable goal even while using the WBTB method before hand. There have been a handful of things i have done to make my brain very scattered. It is easier to concentrate now though, since i know how to clear my head. I guess ADD thoughts just force their way through with more force. |
