When I read about rubbing your dream hands together when you first enter into a lucid dream from the luicidity institute, I tested it out that night. IN my dream I remember being in a car as some character from a story I'd been reading and didn't want to get out of the car. So, recalling all about rubbing my hands together in the dream, I did soand just like in real life, the woman who was driveing the car who was also speaking to me about something boring faded out, like when you don't focus on the other's words as I rubbed my hands vigorously together. Slowly, the fading dream became clear again and the motion of the car and its engine running smoothly felt so intensely real I was totally delighted by the discovery. So, the dream lasted an extra ten minutes I'd say before I was forced to wake up when my body decided it had enough sleep for the night. It was just so awesome how it worked. So, just remember rubbig your hands together in the dream and even looking downward at ground also works. I also looked down at the sidewalk in my dream as I got out of the car and walked up to a house in the extended version o of the lucid dream.
