      Are all WILDs unpleasant?

last night i tried WILD, as a change from my usual FILD and MILD's, but most of the time i get into LD's naturally....
but anyway as i was focusing on the HI i experienced odd tingling and numbness, and i remembered about SP and old hag, and i really didnt want to have to go through all that crap and it sounded exactly like what was happening to me....

but my question is, can you have a peaceful WILD where you dont have to go through sleep paralysis and hallucinate and all that horrible stuff... is it possible to just peacefully "drift" into the dream after some time of focusing on the HI...?

also is there anyway to increase your HI because lately i'm just getting black and the occasional dart of light...

      THanks

ya, but thats only with some experience with WILDing. The numb tingliness (for me) went away with knowing what to expect. But i havent had a successful WILD before. I have always found the SP effects rather kool. Dont fear SP... we go through it every night we sleep.

      Take it all in

I personally use the Hi technique in conjunction with the HIT technique. But I never get the other experiences that sometimes accompany HI itself.

Once i had learned to just relax and take each of the experiences as just that....an experience I actually enjoyed the bizarre effects we often get from the HI technique.
