      When do you start attempting LDing?

      I've been at this for a week and my DR has improved to 2-4 dreams a night (from my original 1). My question is, when I get to the stage when I remember enough dreams a night, how long should I stay there until I start trying to LD?

      In case you'd like to know (if you think it has relevance) this has been my dream count.
      Day 1-1
      Day 2-1
      Day 3-1
      Day 4-1
      Day 5-3
      Day 6-4
      Day 7-2

      There isn't really a standard specified day in which you should start LDing. I started the first night. The thing about having DR before attempting is that you could get LDs that you dont recall, so you should build up DR.

      If you're remembering a good number of dreams, as you are, then go for it. If you want to wait a little while, that's fine. There's not any set time when you should start.
