I think any soft of meditation is great, period. The brain sometimes can really use the time out. Thinking time, quite time etc, its all good. I think brain tune-up can greatly assist in your focus for lucid training, I don't think the technique really matters as long as it works for you. I wouldnt want too many thoughts moving around although, the more still your mind is the better. I'm on a new path recently to start using (sound) entrainment to mediate at least once a day; even just for better health reasons. Not just for lucidity but it will also help! Meditation has many great rewards it seems. |
