open your eyes, stretch your legs (considering you cross them during meditation) and stay like that for 1-2 minutes, then you won't feel dizzy when getting up.[/b]
ah, that's good advice, thank you...I will try it next time.
I usually use rain sounds, or forest sounds, there's plenty of those mp3 around[/b]
and yeah, Whilst I'm meditating, I will hear a bang from the neighbours and it will totally throw me. I might try rain sounds, as I actually enjoy listening to rain when it is raining, and it would drown out (mind them pun lol) the sounds of othr people.
