Howcome I only get it when I goto bed VERY VERY late, like 5:00am because I am super tired or when I am awaken at like 4:00am then I goto bed again.
Oh, last time I had my awakening at that time, I had the best lucid dream ever
Anyways, I can never get lucidity whenever I am trying to fall asleep. Thinking about I want to dream about doesn't work, and the little patterns of colors don't show up anymore. I used to be able to get to the sinking vibrating phase but now I can't at all.
Anybody have advice? I just don't have enough time in the morning now to try this out because I have work to goto.
