      When Chaining/Dream-reentrying...

In the morning when I wake up and I do manage to lay still and not open my eyes (usually this is not the case), I have this irrestistable urge and feeling to turn over, or move at least a bit. I cant even bear this feeling for 10 seconds, it's nagging at me so bad...

How to prevent this, or get rid of it?

Moving has not affected me when it comes to dream re-entry. As long as your focused on what you just saw and try imagine you back in that dreamscape, you'll usually be able to re-enter. I get comfortable before I'm ready to enter a dream again then have control. When your arms and limbs are all twisted in a strange position, this can feel like sleep paralysis but really your not relaxed as you can be.

Yeah, you can adjust your position a little bit.

The important thing is to shift all your attention to the image in your mind in case of dream reentry or WILD hallucinations in case of chaining.

BTW, nice to know that people are doing dream reentry

      Yeah, dream reentry/chaining seems promising.
