I tried it many times and haven't succeeded yet. |

Yeah WILD seems to be a learning process. I have failed WILD 5 times now, though 4 of those I actually made it to SP. However I have managed to have 3 lucid dreams in the past week. In addition to practicing at WILD I have been doing basically incessant reality checks. This has paid off in spades. My first piece of advice is to not completely bank on WILD. It still really intrigues me and I WILL master it, but meanwhile I have been having Lucid Dreams through other means. That's what I would do if I were you, you can continue to practice WILD but also try something else, keep a Dream Journal, try to identify your dream signs, and do reality checks everytime something odd happens, and just basically a lot. As for WILD here is another link for you to scope out: |

Yeah since WILD acquires you to stay conciouss as you fall asleep I'v been trying to determine WHAT conciousness actually is and how I remain to stay concious throughout the day in Waking Life. What is it that keeps us Concious in waking life? |

WILD is a different experience for everyone. I do not know of any universal technique that works for even more than a small percentage of those that attempt it. |
