I'm trying mainly to get a W.I.L.D, because I'm not having much success with reality tests or anything else. I can tell myself on the way to bed to wake up after every dream, and I will - but I can't tell myself to becume lucid, hence my attempts at WILD. Everwhere I read about it, it says to sleep 5-6 hours, THEN w.i.l.d.. However, I stay up past 10:00 and have to get up at 5:50 for school, and getting up at 3:50 to WILD is unseccussful, and messes up my sleep pattern, making me tired the nect day. What I want to know is if it's possible to go to bed for the first time that night (10:00) and get a W.I.L.D., or does that violate the magic rules of sleep stages? --- log off the internet > brush teeth > go to bed > W.I.L.D. > lucid dream.... ---Can anybody do that?
