Hey people. Just wondering about something, and i'm seeing if anybody can help. I'm sure there has been past posts about this..But I can't find any, so. Anyways, I was wondering if you went to sleep when you're like nearly passing out because you're so tired, does that give you more of a chance to LD, or less of one? Any replys/help/comments would be great, thanks. |

God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...
Personally, I find that when I'm really exhausted, I tend to just sleep and not even remember any of my dreams when I wake up. |

Same here. When I am very tired, I tend to fall deeply asleep and it makes it harder to remember my dreams. I have never been close to Lucid when I am dead tired. It is difficult to hold onto any sort of consciousness when you are that tired, and Lucid Dreaming requires bringing a bit of consciousness into your dreams... so, IMHO it is not a good method. |
