Hi! I read here a lot, but I barely post. I'm here to ask for some advice though.

Well, I had practiced my dream recall for maybe 3 months until I could remember 2-3 dreams a night. Then I decided it was time to try becoming lucid. And it worked! I had one very vivid lucid dream, and another the next night in which I knew I was dreaming, but was very passive.

Now, my problem is that for whatever reason I'm having trouble with my dream recall again. It's like if I try to have a lucid dream, I can't have the great recall that I did. Now I only remember maybe one dream a night, vaguely.

Another question--I've been very interested in WILD, and have practiced it twice now. My problem is that when I lie on my back my stomache keeps growling, which is both uncomfortable and slightly startles me. Trying in another position is pretty much a no-go, as when I'm lying on my side/stomache I need to tap my foot constantly to be comfortable. (Yes, I'm crazy.) What should I do?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Same thing happens to me; I;ll have a lucid, have a dryspell of barely any recall, start trying something else, have another lucid, etc. I don't know what to do other than hang in there and keep trying. At least you get another chance every night.

your movein up in lucid levels you just need to practice some more and try combining dream recall with lucid dreams or maybe try devoting one or two days a week that you will try to become lucid and the others for natural dreams for dream recalls.
you can't do that on the internet!.... wait yes you can do it again!

      That's usually my motivation.

Thanks a lot! I guess I'll just have to take only a few days a week for the lucid dreaming...but it's oh so tempting...:x
