      I've been trying to set a trigger around 1st couple of REM periods versus later in the AM. Surprisingly I'm showing great promise read more in dream journal entry.

      So you would recommend that we set the audio for 2:00 in the morning, rather than 3:00?

      I just took it on a whim to try something different; usually I play the file around 4AM (which has also worked). I'm going to keep trying this for a while and post results. Thanks!
