      I've been trying self-hypnosis being quite successful at it and I was wondering if it's possible to induce a lucid dream through it. I've found some references to it while searching on google but I haven't found much useful info.
      Does anyone know anything about this or tried to do it?

      Thanks! It's a good tutorial, but I'm trying to find something on how to go directly into the lucid dream for self-hypnosis. I guess I'll have to try to go to sleep from it first to see if it works.
