I kept a dream journal for four straight months, I reality checked, I tried every method... Still no lucids. I took a break from trying to lucid and played Splinter Cell. Little did I know this would help me with my progress, I started dreaming I was actually in the game so I made it a dreamsign soon after I had the closest thing to a lucid yet. I was in the game when I decided that nothing was right, I was teleported to a sunset. Floating above the ocean I began screaming "I'm Dreaming I'm Dreaming GO LUCID GO LUCID" I still didn't have control (I was watching as if it was a movie) My levitation stopped and I began falling to find myself in the same spot again. I started swearing and demanding that I go lucid. Sadly the dream faded.

Any ideas how to gain control at this point?

the good news is, you've already become lucid

the first step is realizing you're dreaming. Now that you have dreamsigns and have become lucid, control should come easily.

All you have to do is relax. Screaming at your dream to make you lucid will not help, you have to BELEIVE that you will have control. You have to expect that when you do something, it will happen. Say for instance you wanted to start flying, but couldn't. In this case you have to make up excuses. If you find that you yourself can't control your movement, then invent something that can. Imagine you have rocket boosters, or that you can swing around on invisible ropes like spiderman.

Demanding that stuff happens in your dream will only work if you truly beleive that you are capable of controlling it. When your dreamscape makes you jump over hurdles, then invent new ways to control it.

Well see problem is I am unable to even think anything. It's like watching a movie I didn't intentionally scream it was just part of the "movie".

Well at least you were lucid and thats a start. Just be patient, I was like that with my first lucid but gained more control with the next one. I'm not an expert on LDing but I know with more pratice you will get more control. Just be patient. Hope that helps.
