First of all, i would like to say that i am not sexist. The supplement i am talking about is supposed to boost testosterone, which would not be good for females. It is called ZMA (zinc, magnesium, and aspiric acid). It is supposed to boost REM sleep, when testosterone and other growth horomones are released into your system (perfect for body builders). I have done some research and read some reviews, and people are reporting frequent and vivid dreams. It is all natural, with minimum potential of hurting your body. I have not tried it myself, but i am going to pick some up today (i think its about 15 bucks a bottle). Its definately worth looking at. Just thought i'd let you guys know. Also, if you have already been taking this, get back to me and tell me the results. Thanks.

Great, be sure to keep us posted, but when you say it's supposed to "boost" REM sleep, do you mean make it last longer than usual, or what.

Adopted Megabenman although he disappeared a while ago.

      So basically it's a steroid?

So basically it's a steroid? If it is that doesn't mean it is bad, just research and see if it's a body building, raging steroid or the better kind that is more often good than bad.

From what i hear, the magnesium combined with the vitamin b6 is supposed to increase brain waves during REM, which should make you more alert, which should allow you to perform reality checks (rather than just going along with the dream), which should allow you to become aware you are dreaming. I AM VERY ANXIOUS.

Steroids are not all natural. Steroids work by streaching out muscle fibers, not by creating Testosterone. ZMA can be bought at GNC (good nutrition center). They DO NOT sell steroids there. And if creating testosterone comes from steroids, then all those male supplements like Zyrtec would be steroids, and they're not.

Well, basicly, you should just get more hair-growth and a bigger pee-wee
