A couple of days ago, I fell asleep around 5 30 (PM). I was so tired, I woke up 5 hours later, at 10 30. I stayed awake 5 more hours (playing some computer game), then went back to sleep. I didn't try any technique, just fell asleep right away, and had a lucid! I slept for 5 hours and woke up. |
