A couple of days ago, I fell asleep around 5 30 (PM). I was so tired, I woke up 5 hours later, at 10 30. I stayed awake 5 more hours (playing some computer game), then went back to sleep. I didn't try any technique, just fell asleep right away, and had a lucid! I slept for 5 hours and woke up.

Does this make any sense? I slept for 5 hours, stayed awake for 5 hours, and then went back to sleep for 5 hours and had a lucid...

Yeah, your REM periods are longer and closer together later in sleep. Even if you go back to sleep.

Afternoon naps are a great time to have a lucid dream I have heard.

Plus!!!!!!!!! In your afternoon naps, you are more awake when you sleep. (yes, that makes sense )
thats how the wbtb works. you stay up for about an hour. (ive heard two hours is more effective) then when you go back to sleep youre more aware of your surroundings and its easier to tell when youre dreaming.
