Being new this forum, I am not sure if this has been discussed before. I have had the occasional lucid dream over the past few years (unintentionally). I have been able to achieve lucidity recently quite regularly through sleep interruption but how it happens is kind of strange. Let me explain. |

Everything you just explained was pretty much exactly what I felt when I had my first lucid dream! two days ago! It was a wild. I woke up at night, then when I went back to lay down I felt that rush in my head as you were talking about, followed by hypnogogic images and all that good stuff, then my first lucid dream, finally. However, I was not scared, only excited. |
