Thread: Lost My Lucidity

After looking up this site I got several lucid dreams, but now I cant even remember my regular dreams. Has anyone had this happen to them and how did you fix it?

I can't say that I've ever seen that happen before.
Do you have a dream journal? That helps out a lot.
Tell us what you've been practicing, then we can pin-point the problem more completely.

I'd say relax, take some multivitamins and pay closer attention to fragments of dreams that you may remember. Do that for a few days and your dream recall would come back. That is unless you are experiencing a lot of stress in school or live with a noisy roommate - these things are very bad for recall and are quite hard to correct.
