      Hey.

So I've been trying to LD, pretty much every night for the past four months or so. I'm getting really frusturated, because whenever I try to LD, I just wake up the next morning.. not remembering anything that happened. I'm trying the WILD technique.

Any suggestions you have, please contribute them.

...Maybe the WILD technique isn't for you (or maybe you're not doing it in the morning).

Tonight, go to bed without the intention to LD. You'll be suprised.

also dream jornals help loads. if u would have started a dream jornal 4 months ago then it would be loads easier. DJs make dreams easier to remember and more detailed. Sure u can try and WILD and try it that way but in my opinion the further u get into a dream the harder it is to remember it. so just keep a DJ it helps loads and is easy to do

I'm not absolutely sure, but I thinking I may know the trick to this.

I had my first only two nights after hearing about it. Might have had it the first night after, but my stomach was being an ass. Anyway. The way I got the lucid was I thought, at least once an hour, what it'd be like to be in the dream. I'd day dream what I would do using a lot of visualization. I really didn't bother with RC a whole lot, maybe three at most in the day. But, when I went to bed, I never directly thought about Lucid Dreaming. My first goal was to just remember at least two dreams a night, regardless of LD's. Had my first one that night.

So, I believe the trick is to think about it a lot, but don't neccesarily have that be your main goal when it comes time. It may just be a quirk of mine though, I tend to do this a lot. I'll end up getting something done while having something else in mind. Anyway, I believe it's worth a try, right?
