Last night I attempted WILD (beginning of the night) and I got to the point where I was in the dream, except this lasted for only a few seconds. I dreamt that I was trying to get up from laying down on my bed, but there was so much pressure on my body and the dream was so unstable that I couldn't do it and the dream quickly faded. Does anyone know how to counter these effects? I have tried WILD many times and this has happened. |

Ok... well how do you get to the dream?!? I lay there and nothing but flashs of light and dots come... I get to a certin point and stay.... NEVER dream lol how do u get it to wrok? |

Well for me, I sometimes get lucky. I'm the person that doesn't experience HI or SP and I do get a lapse of consciousness, so I'm kinda passive about the whole thing. It is a big step, but the "dream only lasts for like five seconds. Don't be so focused on the hypnagogic imagery, just watch it passively. And make your body completely relaxed. It is very difficult, I don't even know how I do it sometimes. |
