Thread: I Still Haven't Had A Lucid Dream

I have been trying to LD for a while now, I've tried, WILD...Hild...reality checks WBTB and still nothing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone explain and post any idea of what to do?

did you do wild properly?

5-6 hours sleep
wake up for 30 mins - 1 hour
drink a lil lil coffee and lie down and try to keep your mind awake, dont let it wander too much.

How long have you been trying?

I've been trying for a few months now, and I've only had 3, in which one was like 3 seconds, one was about 5 seconds, and my best was about 1 minute. But I'm pretty satisfied for even just that.

Try the non-induction technique on the 'attaining lucidity' forum. It worked for me the first night, amazingly.

u cant get to excited when u wild. The only times i ever came close to making it through with wild was when i didnt even want to. dont get over excited
