      Ok so I am in bed doing hild. I count to 100. I feel and tell myself that I am getting heavier. Then I say nothing matters except for long vivid fully controled lds. More of the heavy stuff wit countdowns. Then I count down and terminate the session.

      Did I do hild right?

      Sounds about right to me..
      I've tried it the last couple of nights without any success.
      I'm not worrying though, i think its common for failing
      to come before succeeding, especially in this method.

      I haven't recalled dreams since i started HILD.. I'm giving
      it more of a chance though before i give up
      Seems Like Everyone's Sleepwalking Through Their
      Waking State Or Wakewalking Through Their Dreams...
