I was laying in bed before getting up half asleep half awake and I thought I need the bathroom. I couldn't be bothered to go so I fell back to sleep. And suddenly I was walking down the hall to the toilet and I thought... Hey this has to be a dream... Then I woke up damn it!

Is it a good sign that I will have more LDs or is it much more likely?

Hey good job! The hardest part is attaining lucidity at all - was that your first? Don't worry, there will be more to come.

Don't worry about it. this happened to me the first time I had an LD. It's often the excitement that wakes you up. Next time try to stay as calm as possible.

You probably got very excited when you Realised you were in a Dream right?
If you did get very excited it could have given you a quick adrenalin rush: Adrenaline makes you instantly wake up. It is the same hormone released when you're running with some bad guys after you: Rushy sensation, speedy, super alert/aware, very wakefull, quick reaction-ability and an infiniite stamina to run untill you're safe from danger.

I guess you can Imagine how this wakefull, speedy Hormone will wake you up as it suddenly is released in your brain when you get over excited of the fact that you're Lucid in a Dream.

My simple advice would be: Next time you are dreaming and you suddenly RECOGNISE and KNOW you are dreaming fist do this: Calm down joyfull emotions, think straigh and clear: ''Okay I am now Dreaming and I am Lucid. What will I do in this Dream?''

It's good to have something pre-made up to do uppon gaining Lucidity.
And make a real Lucid Mission out of it. My Lucid Mission is:'' uppon attaining Lucidity to become very concious and aware of my surroundings, all visual details, sounds, colors...etc everything, and then I would travel through the dream world, take a walk, fly a bit and Find an interresting place/interresting DreamCharacters and go and check it/them out''

Try and set that goal, or something more suited to you. and Try and stay Calm and clearminded in your Lucid Dreams
