      I still don't get it. How the hell do you fall asleep while moving your fingers. Even when I'm dead tired (like I get up after 3 hours of sleep and do FILD) it makes me wide awake.

      Maybe you're moving your fingers too much. I hardly move mine at all, more like flexing them.

      Congrats, Skuruza. What is your attempt/success ratio with FILD?

      i move my fingers so small that i get this numb feeling in them to the point where i dont think im moving them at all. then i look down at them and they are still moveing. try to just flex them

      I still haven't had success with this technique. As I get up, turn my alarm off and get back to bed, I think "First I'll get a tad tired/comfortable, then I'll do it" and then I fall asleep after 10 seconds
      I am gonna try harder obviously :=)
