Well i haven't had a very vivid dream in a while. I've been trying but I can barely remember any of the dream when I wake up. When i dream they never seem to be in the first person they are always me viewing something else, much like a movie. I don't see how i can ever attain lucidy if i'm not dreaming in the first person. However, maybe it only feels like the third person because the unclearness of the dreams? |
