I noticed that everytime I tried to WILD I failed to maintain conscious longer than normal.
I tried counting, focussing on my breathing, focussing on 1 single image...etc but all failed to keep me conscious longer let alone all the way into the Dream.

However 1 night I was trying to WILD as I was just laying there I suddenly noticed how Sleep Paralysis was completely over me. I felt very ''removed'' from my own body. And not long after I became Aware of my Body I suddenly saw a bright white light in front of me and I tried to ''enter'' it's center. As I did I felt as if I suddenly was Falling down FAST. non stop. I recognised the feeling as ''the falling sensation'' as being part of the Transition Phase. I fell unconscious after that anywayz, but never before had I stayed conscious so long reaching such deep hypnagogic states.

Now my point is: Appearantly, where Counting, Breathing, Visualising and everything else failed to help me stay conscious longer, Staying aware of my Physical Body seemed to do the trick and brought me into Deep Hypnagogic States very Consciously and very ''suddenly'' it seemed.

Anyone in for giving this Concept an Experimental try?
Now the Idea of this Concept of a techniqe is to stay overall Well aware of your entire Physical body.
I'm a very ''physical person'' so this method just spoke to me more than other's that didn't really do it for me.

As your lying in bed really ''Feel'' your body and to stop it from getting dull and you giving up by moving your attention from one bodypart to the other. Become very well aware of how you are Feeling throughout your body. How does your Righ foot feel? What do you feel in your left lower leg?...etc. Keep your thoughts and awareness on the Body.

I noticed that while doing this after waiting for quite a long time ''suddenly'' I noticed how paralysed I was and I felt as if I was falling down with 80 km/hour. It has led me to the Deepest states Consciously. The deepest states I have EVER consciously experienced. I hope with this technique I can consciously undergo Sleep Paralysis and all that comes after that too:The TransitionPhase and the Dream. As your lying there, and suddenly feel the falling sensation, very removed from your physical Body or both, just KEEP your attention to your Body allthough you completely cannot feel it anymore . This may be freaky and Disorientating at first but the point is to Stay aware of that ''you are still lying there in bed'' all the time. If you succeed to maintain aware of ''where you left your body'' all the way into the Dream, then you should be fully aware that your Body lies asleep in bed and that you now MUST be dreaming.

So if anyone wants to give this a try tonight? So will I. Let me know.
