Yes!!! It is very important to find out exactly how much sleep you need. Everyone's sleep cycle is different from the next person, so you need to experiment. Try waking up after 6 hours. then 5 1/2. then 6 1/2. Just work around with it. |

alright.. ive been trying 15 min, but i recently i havnt gotten sp, just a good while of counting then im out without warning. maybe less time will let me get to SP faster.. |
