Yes!!! It is very important to find out exactly how much sleep you need. Everyone's sleep cycle is different from the next person, so you need to experiment. Try waking up after 6 hours. then 5 1/2. then 6 1/2. Just work around with it.

For me, i wake up, take a piss, get some water, and hit the sack right away. I dont stay up for half and hour like some people, but hey, everything works different for different people
