hey, please say how you wake up for WBTB/WILD.
I didnt make this a REAL poll because I dont know the
popular options. I use an iPod with music alarm.

thanks

I set my alarm a few hours early to what I would normally wake up.

I have this great alarm clock with 2 alarms on it. So I can just set one at like 5am, and one at when I really have to get up. However everytime time I plan to WBTB, just going right BTS (back to sleep) is Way to tempting

well i dont want an audible alarm if it might wake someone else up,
or i dont want it going all night till morning.. ( i sleep heavy) it might
wake someone up earlier.

Now that ive used my iPod for a while, I might wake up by meself,
but I dont think its worth risking the chance to LD lol

I don't generally WILD/WBTB, and have only even tried WILDing 2 times, but when I do this it involves a loud, blaring phone alarm.

I almost always have to pee the same time every night. So, I wake up and pee and then have attempt a WILD, if I had planned.

I use a few crodile eggs, I put them in my bed, and after a few hours my body heat has made them hatch. Then, the baby crocodiles wake me up.

And if I am out of eggs, I use an alarm clock I have 2 alarms on it, so I set one in the middle of the night and one for when I have to get up for school or something.

you mean the iPod would be annoying having the earbuds in your ears?
ya it is, and you have to lay still on your back, which is difficult to master
if you like sleeping on your side or stomach. It was tough a while ago but now it doesnt
bother me. what ive found is I put them in, listen to 1 song before I sleep and then turn the volume up real loud, and then I wake up to find both earbuds out, and laying on my shoulders. I think frequently arising at that time and always playing Thom Yorke's "The Eraser" maybe form some sorta schedule because I can sleep through 30 minutes of alarm clock (I need a louder one lol),
and I wake up right away to the music, which is pretty faint from the earbuds on my shoulders.

maybe Ill try just laying them on my shoulders lol

LOL crocodile eggs.

Well last night I put my iPod on as usual, but also did some autosuggestion before I fell asleep, and sure enough, I woke up about 20 Min before my iPod went off. Though I did just conk out untill it rang =)

Autosuggestion hasnt worked for me, but with this method, I can learn it while not risking my WILD efforts.

Don't know why I didn't think of it before.
