so whenever i do a WBTB i often wonder if the method im choosing is the right one? Which is your favorite

A WBTB is Wake Back To Bed... Its when you wake up in the middle of the night and read about lucid dreaming for an hour and then try a Mild, Fild or any other one

Except with FILD you don't stay up, you just wake yourself so you can begin your finger excersises
