For several months I was torturing my brain with lucid living (i.e. non-stop awareness), trying autosuggestion when lying in the bed. This gave me about 3 LDs per week.

Now, I stopped both techniques. I just keeping dream journal and several times through day I boost my awareness for a while. Nothing else -- no lucid living, no autosuggestion, no other "brain tortue". Guess what happened? I have LD almost every night.

Have you also found out that too much effort is fruitless?

Experiencing uncommon problems is a way to debunk inaccurate theories and find the truth.
