I've managed to learn something about my dream recall. If I write it down... it never goes away. But if I dont, its gone forever. Remembered my first dream in a long time, and forgot A LOT of it on my way to pick up my journal. I start successfully writing my first entry (ussually its gone before I even realize im awake). Once I write down the few details I remembered, It all came back. Now I cant forget it. Its clear as day.

Anyway, I want to try WILDing. I know how its done, and I know the steps (as I've gone through some before. Before I knew about lucid dreaming. I recognized the steps once I read about WILDing). I have a problem with WILDing though. My eyes have a habit of wanting to open up. They feel like they're opening, and then I'll start seeing through the cracks. Then I'll have to force them to stay closed, and it breaks my concentration on the WILD. If I forget about them, they open up and I have to start over. Once I go back to WILDing, even if my eyes are tightly shut, they want to open again. This is all before the imagry even starts to form.

Any tips?
