I have noticed that my best lucid dreams come when I not realy trying. All of my LD's have been DILD's and I have only recently started the WBTB method. I have been averaging one LD per month.

Anyway, I cant just stop trying because then I fear that will never have one. I guess there has to be some balance. How can I find that balance and what methods do people use to induce LD's without putting too much effort into it? I am considering only trying to LD on the weekend. That is when I get the most amount of sleep anyway. However, every LD I have has been during the week. Any suggestions?
