Very short ones though. You can check 'em out in my journal.

Anyway, back to how I obtained them. All 3 days I had the exact same routine. I would wake up, go to school, come back tired, take a 1 hour nap, then go to bed at about 12. As soon as I went to bed I was in a vivid dream. For some reason at one point I just realize it's a dream and I go lucid. I quickly run through everything I want to do and do as much as possible. Then I wake up, it's only been about 30 minutes both time, but feels much shorter.

It feels alot like a WILD when you're just automatically in a dream, but I'm not sure if it'd be concidered a form of WBTB?

Yeah I think if you slept, woke up and then went back to sleep within a certain time period, I'd call it a WBTB. Maybe your nap helped the time it takes for REM later on? Did you dream in your one-hour naps?

I would have to guess that you wake up from your naps right before you enter the REM stage. So when you really go to bed your body sends you right into REM in order to make it up. I would go more into it but I feel kinda sleepy.
